RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

The Purity Collection has a strict 5 day return policy. The customer must inform us and courier the product back to us within 5 working days.

Before sending your returns back to us, please mail us the full details regarding the purchased product and damage (with a photo) or incorrect sizing details to info@trouvrou.co.za. together with your online order number. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is yours – e.g. incorrect size bought. Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of reshipping will be at your expense.

We unfortunately have a non-negotiable no refund policy. We will gladly replace the purchased product if the product is still in stock or we can source the material to make a new one for you, otherwise refund in the form of a gift voucher to be used on the Purity Collection online store to the same value as the original purchased product. This gift voucher is valid for 3 months and must be use within 120 days from return of the item.

We accepts returns based on the following:

  • Damaged products received, caused by manufacturing.
  • Incorrect sizing. Please look at the description for each item to make sure correct size is bought in the first place. Our patterns is design for South African women and the sizes is real South African sizes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your return is approved, based on a manufacturing fault on our side, the cost of return shipping will be at the Purity Collection expense both ways.

The Purity Collection does not accept returns that is damaged, dirty or used. To complete your return, we require your online order number. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
